Growing up I was under the impression wearing too much denim at once was a sin, literally. Whether it was acid wash on acid wash or even wearing my giant Disney denim coat (yes, I had a denim coat with Disney characters on the back!) with regular "blue jeans," was a general DON'T. Basically I lived in fear of denim for the majority of my life...still do to some degree.
Turns out my initial fashion knowledge was in fact 100% misleading. Denim is a fashion staple and not just for Cowboys. So, if and when you choose to wear denim on denim, be sure to mix & match your denim colors & blends and most importantly wear them with confidence.
